Girls Swim & Dive Defeat West Aurora

AURORA – It was an eery feeling at the WV Aquatic Center on Thursday night. There were no fans. There was no cheering section. However, that did not stop the Warriors from putting on a show, as they defeated West Aurora, 132-60, in their season opener.

Waubonsie won 10 of the individual events, including four swimmers who won two events each. There were no relay events.
