AURORA – Waubonsie Valley Special Olympics basketball opened the 2021-2022 season with wins on Thursday and Saturday.
On Thursday, the Warriors defeated Wheaton-Warrenville South. David Wilson lead the team with 18 points.
On Saturday, the Warriors defeated Metea Valley. Wilson, Caitlyn Bergman and Austin Pradhan lead all scorers with ten points each.
Waubonsie hosts Neuqua Valley on December 2 at 5:00 p.m. The Warriors then host S.T.E.P.S. on December 9 at 5:00 p.m. for “Pack the Place” night.
