AURORA – Waubonsie Valley boys soccer was looking for their first win, but they were also looking for their first goal. They ended up recording both in their 4-1 win over East Aurora on Saturday at East Aurora High School.
Aaron Griffith, Gean Scarpelli, Alan Sanchez and Callum Keller all scored goals for the Warriors.
Waubonsie Valley travel to Metea Valley on Tuesday for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff before hosting Glenbard North on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the WV Soccer Stadium. All home varsity soccer games will be broadcast at wvtvmedia.org.
