AURORA – Normally, winning your 22nd game of the season would be big news. Yesterday, two individual feats surpassed that headline in the Warriors’ 65-50 win over Aurora Central Catholic on Tuesday night.

In the fourth quarter, Danyella Mprokoso surpassed 1,000 points for her high school career. The sophomore is averaging 20.4 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game this season.

Head coach Brett Love also made history, becoming the second winningest coach in the girls basketball program. The win was Love’s 101st, which tied him with Julie Callan, who coached from 1995-1999.
