AURORA – The Warriors saved their best for last on Saturday, scoring 36 second-half points en route to a 54-28 win over Glenbard North at Waubonsie Valley’s Wood Gym.
Three Warriors tallied double figures, including Ahniya Melton (13), freshman Lauren McKnight (13), and senior Gina Palasz (10).
The Warriors travel to Neuqua Valley on Tuesday to take on the rival Wildcats for a 7:15 p.m. tipoff.
