PLAINFIELD – Waubonsie Valley boys golf fell to Naperville Central by three strokes (154-157) on Tuesday afternoon in the team’s first conference meet of the season at Naperbook Golf Course in Plainfield.
Nolan Schweiger led the way with a 2-over-38. Salil Khanduja and Kenton Esch each carded a 3-over-39. Lalith Vatyam scored a 5-over-41, and Caiden Atwater shot a 7-over-43.
The Warriors are in action next when they host DeKalb on Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Springbrook Golf Course in Naperville.
