AURORA – Waubonsie Valley High School is presenting its second annual Writers Week February 5-9. Hosted by the school’s Library Media Center and English Department, Writers Week is a variety of guest speakers, school speakers, student speakers and read-in presenters.
Invited guest speakers include Dawn DeSart, Rich Lo, Michael Rossi, Eric Bodwell, Barbara Loeb, Madeline Mitchell, Sahar Mustafah, Ralph Shayne, Mat Smart, Brad Riddell and Edward Kelsey Moore. Teacher speakers include science teachers Carl Armstrong and James Donahue, and guidance counselor Matt Walker. Student speakers include Jasmine Dike, Sparsh Gautam, Matthew Hamilton, Mikaeel Madha, Ana Sofia Martinez, Connor Mulhall, Khanak Parikh, Cleo Ribeiro, Kaelen Triplett and Kamryn Triplett.
