AURORA – The Waubonsie Valley boys cross country team finished in third place in the six-team DuPage Valley Conference meet at Waubonsie Valley High School on Saturday.
Junior Angel Solis led the Warriors in 8th place with a time of 15:49.4. Senior Zach Benziger was two places behind him in 10th with a time of 15:50.4.
Junior Aiden Oster (16:06.2) and junior Ethan Marshall (16:07.5) also placed in the top 20.

Senior Joey Sweeney (16:28.6), junior Andres Perez (16:36.5) and junior Jacob Tukker (16:42.6) finished in the top 25.
The Warriors will compete in the IHSA Regionals on Saturday, October 24 at noon at Oswego East High School.
