AURORA – Indian Prairie School District, along with Naperville Community School Unit District 203, has collaborated with Jewel/Osco pharmacy to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday, May 22.
The clinic will run from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Neuqua Valley High School at 2360 95th Street in Naperville.
Individuals aged 16 and over are eligible for the vaccine.
Jewel/Osco pharmacists will be administering the Pfizer vaccine (approved for ages 16 and up), which requires two doses. Participants must be available on June 12 to receive the second dose. If a participant cannot make both dates, they should not schedule an appointment.
Student participants aged 16-17 are required to have a parent/guardian complete a consent form prior to coming onsite that day. All participants are required to bring a form of identification on the day of the vaccine clinic.
