Pumpkin Spice Cookie Recipe

Here is a quick thanksgiving recipe to share with the family this upcoming holiday. It’s super easy to do and guess what? You can make it yourself! You don’t even need mom to help you out with this one. Try it out and send us a picture of your cooking masterpiece. The best few will be featured right here on the beat! So get cooking and don’t forget to remember what you are thankful for this holiday. The recipe follows.
What you Need :
1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and pumpkin until well blended. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
PREP Time: 15 minutes
COOK Time: 20 minutes
