AURORA – With the Illinois High School Association’s limitations on spectators at high school athletic events, the Waubonsie Valley athletic department is working to provide coverage for as many winter season sporting events as possible.

Waubonsie Valley’s media and communications program (WVTV) and Hudl.com will video stream boys and girls basketball and boys swimming and diving in February and March. Video streams will be available on YouTube and are free of charge to viewers.

WVTV will broadcast a handful of games. However, in the event that WVTV will not be available to broadcast a sports contest, Waubonsie Valley athletics installed a Hudl Focus camera in the school’s main gymnasium. This single camera provides automated coverage of any events that take place there, including boys and girls basketball.
